Where the Work Actually Happens

Stage 01

Material and Cutting

Where a wrong fabric or an off colour is still cheap to fix.

Stage 02

Sewing

Finishing and In-Line Checks

Checks happen against the approved sample during the run, not after it.

Can I visit the factory in person?

Yes, and you can also send a third-party auditor instead — SGS, TÜV and Intertek are all welcome at any production stage. If travel is not practical, live video-call walkthroughs run weekly.

What will I actually see on a video tour?

The cutting, printing and sewing floors, and the inspection and packing areas. Because it is live rather than a pre-recorded reel, you can ask to see a specific operation, open a carton, or look at the production board.

Can I see the line running my product type?

Tell us what you want to see when you book. A walkthrough built around your construction and your questions is more useful than a standard route.

Do I have to be a customer to book a tour?

No. Verification before ordering is the point — it is more useful to you before you have committed than after.
