Custom & OEM Pouch Manufacturing
Start from a finished tech pack or a reference photo, then confirm the fabric, construction, artwork and sampling plan for your project.
Fabrics We Work With
Color matching and material documentation depend on the selected fabric. Confirm both against your project specification and destination requirements.

Velvet
Soft-touch velvet for jewelry, watch and gift pouches. Review color and foil-stamping results on the selected fabric.

Microfiber / Suede
High-density microfiber and suede finishes for fine jewelry pochettes, glasses pouches and electronics sleeves.

Cotton Muslin
Lightweight natural muslin for favor pouches, envelope dust bags and general storage. Unbleached options can be discussed.

Canvas & Twill
8–12oz canvas and soft twill for zipper pouches, totes and garment dust covers — our print workhorse.

Linen / Cotton-Linen
Herringbone and plain-weave linen for bread sacks, jewelry pouches and organic-look retail packaging.

Silk Satin
High-gloss and matte satin for wig, hair extension and lingerie pouches — friction-free luxury.

Paperboard & Kraft
Rigid boxes, drawer boxes and kraft cartons can be specified with foil, embossing or spot UV finishes.

Organza
Sheer, elegant pouches for wedding favors, candles and sample-sized cosmetics. Wide color range.

Logo Finishes That Sell the Unboxing
A pouch lives in your customer's drawer, suitcase or shelf for years — the logo finish decides whether it reads "promo item" or "luxury brand". We run foil stamping, silk screen, heat transfer and embroidery in-house, and we'll honestly recommend the method that fits your fabric and budget.
Send vector artwork (AI/PDF/EPS) so the team can confirm a suitable mock-up and decoration review process.
Foil Stamping
Gold, silver or colored foil pressed into velvet, suede or satin. The signature finish for jewelry packaging — crisp and reflective.
Silk Screen
Spot-color printing can be reviewed for cotton and canvas after the artwork and fabric are selected.
Heat Transfer
Multi-color and photographic designs at small-to-medium runs without screen setup fees.
Embroidery
Thread-stitched logos with a tactile, premium feel. Ideal on heavier cotton canvas and linen-look fabrics.
Debossing
Blind-pressed logos on microfiber suede and leather trims — understated luxury for high-end brands.
Woven Labels & Trims
Woven brand labels, printed hang tags, satin ribbons, custom zipper pulls and branded retail packaging.
