Custom Fabric Pouches With Your Logo
Foil stamping, silk screen, heat transfer, embroidery, deboss and woven labels — applied to velvet, microfiber, cotton, canvas, linen and satin. Send vector artwork and the fabric, and the finish is confirmed on a physical sample before bulk.
Six ways to put a brand on fabric
Foil Stamping
Gold, silver, rose or coloured foil pressed into velvet, suede or satin. Crisp and reflective — the signature finish for jewelry packaging.
Blind Deboss
The same die without foil. Understated, colourless, and cleanest on microfiber suede and leather-look trims.
Silk Screen
Spot-colour printing on cotton, canvas and muslin. Per-colour screen setup, so it favours simpler artwork and larger runs.
Heat Transfer
Multi-colour and photographic artwork with no screen setup — usually the right answer for small-to-medium runs.
Embroidery
Thread-stitched marks with real texture on heavier cotton canvas and linen. Not suited to fine detail or small type.
Woven Labels & Trims
Woven brand labels, printed hang tags, satin ribbons and custom zipper pulls — applied rather than printed, so any base fabric works.

Vector artwork
AI, EPS or outlined PDF. A raster logo pulled from a website will not hold a clean edge.
Pantone references
Screen colour is not printable colour, and the base fabric shifts the result.
Placement and size
Marked on a drawing of the pouch, with the usable print area confirmed for your construction.
Chosen fabric
Decoration method and fabric are chosen together — the same artwork behaves differently on velvet and on canvas.
Common Questions
Which logo method should I choose?
It depends on the fabric and the artwork. Foil and deboss suit velvet, microfiber and satin. Silk screen and heat transfer suit cotton and canvas — screen for spot colours at volume, heat transfer for multi-colour artwork without screen setup. Send the artwork and the intended fabric and the method can be confirmed.
What artwork format do you need?
Vector — AI, EPS or PDF with text converted to outlines — plus Pantone colour references and the intended placement. If vector genuinely does not exist, say so early; artwork can be redrawn, but that is an extra approval step.
Can you match our brand colour exactly?
Send a Pantone reference rather than a screen value, and approve the result on the actual production fabric. The same reference reproduces differently on white cotton, natural linen and a coloured pile fabric.
Is there a setup charge for the logo?
Screens, foil dies and embroidery digitising are one-time setup costs. Ask for setup to be stated separately from the unit price so you can see what a reorder would cost.
