When you contact us, you may provide your name, business email, company, country or region, product requirements, estimated quantity and project details. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
How we use inquiry information
We use it to understand your sourcing request, prepare samples or quotations, answer questions and follow up on the related business discussion. We do not sell inquiry information.
How the form is delivered
The website supports a configurable third-party form endpoint. Until a verified endpoint is configured, submitting the form opens your email application with the inquiry pre-filled. WhatsApp and other external links are governed by the privacy terms of their respective providers.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry records may be retained for quotation, order follow-up, customer service and reasonable business recordkeeping. Access should be limited to staff and service providers who need the information to respond or operate the selected form service.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements, by emailing leopouchfactory@yeah.net.
Analytics and future changes
This website package does not include analytics or advertising cookies by default. If analytics, advertising tools or a new form provider are added, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before deployment.
